Membership may be granted to Companies, Branch Offices or Individuals that are physically located in Silicon Valley and engaged in the business of commercial real estate brokerage, and who meet membership criteria outlined in the By-Laws included:

•  Licensed by the State of California
•  Accepted by the Membership Committee for membership in the
   Association
•  A Company whose primary business activity is commercial real
   estate brokerage in Silicon Valley
•  Subscribes to the By-Laws and Regulations of the Association

If you are affiliated with a real estate support entity (developer, title company, attorney, etc.), you are eligible to join the organization as an "Associate" member.
